In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, hereinafter referred to as ‘GDPR’, we inform you that:

1. Purposes and legal basis of data processing Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

   • handling inquiries sent via the contact form and conducting correspondence (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e., the legitimate interest of the Administrator);

   • scheduling, managing, and conducting online consultations or meetings via the booking calendar (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, i.e., taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract);

   • sending marketing information – only if you have given your voluntary consent (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR);

   • establishing, exercising, or defending against potential legal claims (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

2. Data retention period Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the specific purpose (e.g., answering an inquiry or conducting a meeting), and thereafter for the period required by law or until the expiration of the statute of limitations for potential claims. Data processed on the basis of consent (e.g., marketing) will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.

3. Data recipients and transfer outside the EEA The recipients of your personal data may be external entities supporting the Administrator, in particular: hosting and IT service providers, providers of online meeting booking tools (e.g., Cal.com), communication service providers (e.g., Google Meet / Google Workspace), as well as accounting or law firms. Due to the use of tools such as Google or Cal.com, your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including to the USA. The transfer of data takes place on the basis of appropriate legal safeguards, including decisions of the European Commission ensuring an adequate level of protection (e.g., Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

4. Rights of the data subjects You have the right at any time to:

   • access your data and receive a copy of it;

   • rectify (correct) your data;

   • erase your data (the right to be forgotten) or restrict its processing;

   • transfer your data;

   • object to the processing of your data (including for direct marketing purposes);

   • withdraw consent at any time (if processing is based on consent), without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal;

   • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) in Poland if you consider that the processing violates the GDPR.

5. Requirement to provide data Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to do so may result in the inability to send an inquiry via the contact form or book an online meeting.
